Participants will enjoy weekly:
Q&A sessions via Zoom, access to printable course materials including recipe ideas and Leah's e-book "The Chicken Story," and a private Facebook group for support and motivation. You'll receive 1-2 weekly motivational emails and can chat with Leah during designated hours.

WEEK 1
Learn how to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for your successful detox. Recognising why some foods may need to be removed for the 30 days.
WEEK 2
Healthy digestion is critical - how is yours? Find out how it’s designed to work and how to optimise your digestion to get the most out of your healthy diet.
WEEK 3
Learn how your body responds to excess sugar and refined carbs. Learn how to get control and limit intake.
WEEK 4
Think fat makes you fat? We unveil the truth about dietary fats and why healthy fats are essential to your diet. Learn which ones to enjoy, which ones to avoid and why.
WEEK 5
You can move forward with your success and keep feeling great! Learn how to integrate the tools and skills you’ve acquired through The RESTART® Program including how to test and challenge any food eliminations.
