Important information to read before booking:

Dr Ravi focuses on long-term lifestyle and environmental adjustments to optimise your health and well-being. If you're looking for quick prescriptions or a fast fix, Dr. Ravi may not be the right practitioner for you.
As part of the process, all new patients will first meet with a health coach, who initially have a complementary phone call with you to explain our process of becoming a patient at the clinic. Please book an Initial Integrative Medicine Enquiry Call to organise appointments. The next appointment she will take a comprehensive lifestyle history and guide the implementation of any necessary changes. Dr Ravi will organise and necessary testing before her appointment with you. Your case review appointment will then be scheduled with Dr Ravi.
Please note Dr Ravi does not take on the role of your regular GP and provides her specialist services as an Integrative Medicine practitioner.
Appointment costs and Medicare rebates are based on the time and complexity of the appointment.
All appointments can be turned into telehealth appointments, however, to receive a Medicare rebate you must have seen Dr Ravi face-to-face within 12 months.

Initial Integrative Medicine Enquiry Call

All new patients wishing to book an Initial Integrative Medicine Consultation with Leah and Dr Ravi are required to first book a discovery call. During this call, Leah will explain our clinic’s process and outline the different care options available with Dr Ravi and the Foundations Clinic team.

Acupuncture

90 Minute Initial Acupuncture Consult

Your initial consultation will last approximately 90 Minutes, providing ample time to discuss your symptoms, goals, medical history, lifestyle, and environment. During the session, Brendan may examine your tongue, assess your pulse, conduct muscle strength tests, and evaluate your joint mobility. Following this assessment, he will discuss your Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis and recommend appropriate acupuncture techniques.

Since the effects of acupuncture are cumulative, a series of treatments is usually suggested. The number and frequency of sessions will be tailored to your individual needs.
